Take Advantage of the Image-Building and Branding Opportunity of the 2008 Summer Season
The following outlines 3 innovative ways in which non-gallery companies can benefit from ArtHamptons. Sponsoring is an ideal opportunity to create hi-visibility and strong brand awareness for your company. By participating in one of these 3 sponsorship levels, you will be identified with one of the most highly profiled art events in the Hamptons in Summer 2008. Our attendees will be among the most affluent opinion-leaders and trend-setters found anywhere in the nation. It will be a rare opportunity to gain valuable mindshare with our select visitors at the height of the Hamptons’ season.
PRESENTING SPONSOR
Your name will become part of the official name of the event, such as ArtHamptons presented by xxx. As such, your name and logo will appear on all ads, tickets, web-site, promotional and collateral materials. Your name will appear as part of all the charity events. You will receive 200 VIP tickets and have the rights to distribute promotional literature. Also included are the rights to first refusal for sponsoring the 2009 event. This opportunity is limited to one company.
Cost:: $50,000.
GOLD SPONSOR
Your name and logo will appear on all ads, tickets, web-site, promotional and collateral materials. You will receive 100 VIP tickets and have the rights to distribute promotional literature or samples. You will have sponsorship exclusivity in your product category and have rights to first refusal for the 2009 event. All Gold Sponsors will get logo credit for presenting the complementary refreshments/wine server on-site. There will not be more than 6 Gold Sponsors in total.
Cost: $20,000.
PARTICIPATING SPONSOR
Your name and logo will appear on appropriate print ads, web-site and collateral materials. (Smaller size logo than Gold Sponsor) Your will receive 50 VIP tickets as well the rights to first refusal for the 2009 event. You will have rights to distribute promotional materials or samples.
Cost: $10,000.
